Dana was very patient and thorough while educating me on the psychology behind hypnotherapy and made sure I was fully aware of what would occur in the session. She gave a full explanation as to what would occur during and assured me that I would be fully present and in control the entire time. She established a very welcoming and comforting environment to allow for the best hypnosis. I have noticed a day and night difference between my behavior prior to the hypnotherapy vs after hypnosis.
